VAT is not included in the price because this service is not VAT taxable. 

50 % advance of the total amount by booking through our website

5% discount for bookings made through our website are guaranteed.

The deposit is fully refundable up to 14 days before arrival.

For cancellations up to 7 days before arrival, or not to appear, will be charged 50% 

of the full amount.

The outstanding balance of overnight stays will be paid upon arrival to the host.
